Research and Analysis
Following the inspection, extensive research is conducted across multiple market databases to determine current and accurate values based on your specific appraisal purpose.
The Appraisal Report
A formal, USPAP-compliant appraisal report is prepared and delivered, fully documented and suitable for submission to your insurance agent, attorney, financial advisor, accountant, or estate professional.
Follow-Up
Questions about the report are always welcome, and direct coordination with your professional advisors is available to ensure the appraisal serves its intended purpose.
